Which weekly class is right for my child?
Our weekly age-based classes ensure that your child learns alongside their peers in an environment that is developmentally appropriate for them. Our classes are designed to not repeat any projects for however long your child is in the class. For example, if your child enrolls in Tiny Hands as soon as they turn 3, they will not repeat any projects in the two years they are able to take the class.
Tiny Hands (Ages 3-4)
Tiny Hands will encourage your child to learn new ways to create while developing a range of new skills. Tiny Hands students will learn many techniques while working with clay. Students will have the opportunity to learn how to draw and paint at the easel. Many of the projects in the Tiny Hands curriculum focus on building dexterity and control, such as building a paper sculpture, which will teach students how to tear and cut. Your child will grow as an artist through a carefully guided program that is age appropriate. This class meets for 45 minutes once per week and is limited to 6 students per class. Parents are welcome to sit with their child during class if they feel their child needs extra support.

They’ll gaining confidence through experimentation and creative decision-making. Every step is designed to encourage bold choices and allow your child to learn from processes. This program is built on the belief that every child is an artist in progress: we nurture curiosity, celebrate risk-taking, and guide students as they discover and develop new skills.
